2. Vehicle Sales
Applicable to transactions where the Company purchases a vehicle from the listing party in Japan and resells it to the Buyer (Export Starter Plan and Export Pro Plan transactions).

- As displayed on each vehicle listing page (denominated in USD). Exchange rates are applied at the time of the transaction. Any JPY estimates shown are for reference only and do not guarantee the final amount; actual amounts may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations, bank fees, and transfer charges.

- Shipping (ocean freight), customs clearance fees, insurance, and any applicable taxes and duties at the destination. Details are provided in the Proforma Invoice.

- Delivery
- Vehicles are shipped after payment confirmation, according to the available vessel schedule. Estimated arrival times vary depending on the shipping route and port conditions, and are communicated via the Deal page.

- Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer) to the Company's designated account, as shown on the Deal page.

Vehicle transactions through this Service constitute mail-order sales and are not subject to the cooling-off provisions under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions of Japan. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- Before payment for the vehicle (as designated on the Platform): No cancellation fee.
- After payment is confirmed, before document shipment: All or part of amounts already paid may not be refunded.
- After document shipment, before vessel loading: Amounts already paid plus actual costs incurred (de-registration fees, document preparation, vehicle transport, etc.).
- After vessel loading: Cancellation is not permitted in principle. If unavoidable, the Buyer bears the full cost of shipping, customs, insurance, and all other expenses incurred.
