These Terms govern the cross-border used-vehicle matching service "JAPACAR" operated by Japanese Car Trading LLC (the "Company"). Please read the full Terms of Service before agreeing.
Article 1. Service and transaction role
The Company operates JAPACAR for cross-border used-vehicle transactions. In supported transactions, the Company purchases the vehicle from the listing party and resells it to the Buyer. In those transactions, the Company is the seller to the Buyer.
Some listings may be handled in an advertising-only mode (without payment agency services). In such deals, vehicle purchase payments and trade documents may be arranged directly between you and the listing party, and the Company may not act as the seller for that transaction. For details, follow the instructions shown on the Deal page.
Article 2. Key points
Buyer payments are made through methods/accounts designated by the Company.
Listing information is mainly based on seller declarations and photos.
