Step 1: Open the registration page
From any page, open Sign Up Free (or go directly to /register). Enter the required information on the form. Fields marked as required must be completed before you can continue.
After you submit, you may need to confirm your email depending on your registration method. Follow the message shown on screen or the email from JAPACAR. Until email verification is complete, some features may be limited.
- Open the registration screen.
- Enter your email (or use the offered social sign-up if available).
- Complete any verification step shown.
- When registration succeeds, proceed to sign-in or you may be redirected automatically.
Step 2: Sign in
Open /login. Enter the same email address you used at registration and your password, then choose Sign in.
Passwords are case-sensitive. If sign-in fails, check caps lock, copy-paste errors, and that you are using the buyer login (not the seller/manager login URL).

| Forgot password | Use Forgot password? on the login page and follow the reset flow. If email does not arrive, check spam folders and that your mailbox accepts mail from JAPACAR. |
| Locked or repeated failure | Wait a bit and try again, or reset the password. Avoid many rapid attempts with wrong passwords. |
Step 3: First screen after sign-in
After a successful sign-in, you are taken to the buyer home area (often Deals or the top page). Use the header menu to open:
- Deals — list of your quotes and transactions.
- My Account — profile and consignee details used on invoices.
- Notifications — updates about your deals.
- Favorites — vehicles you saved.
Before requesting a quote or uploading payment proof, confirm that My Account has correct contact and consignee information where the form asks for it—this reduces delays when documents are issued.
