How to Purchase

For buyers · Deal page operations · Last updated: April 2026

Sign-in required for quote submission and all payment steps
This chapter follows the usual export flow: you request a quote from a vehicle page, review the proforma on your deal page, tap Reserve when you agree to proceed, then upload your payment bank transfer proofs when the page asks for them. The exact labels and buttons follow the live deal screen—always trust what you see on your own deal.

Overview of the flow

You always work from two kinds of pages: the vehicle detail page (where you choose destination country/port and send the first quote request) and the deal page /deal/{id} (where you see status, proforma line items, Reserve, and payment uploads). One vehicle can have one active deal thread—open Deals from the menu to find it.

After the seller and forwarder complete their steps, you will see updated amounts and status messages. Do not upload payment files until the deal page shows the correct step.

Deals list — open your deal from here

From the top menu, open Deals to see every deal as a row. Click a row to open that deal's page. The list shows a short status label so you can see which deal needs attention.

Status and what you do

The table below describes typical buyer-facing phases. Your deal may use different wording; match your actions to the status badge and the buttons visible on your deal page.

Phase (typical) Your action What happens next
Quote / proforma available Read vehicle price, freight-related lines, and terms on the deal page. Tap Reserve only if you accept the conditions. The deal moves toward stock check and payment request (seller/admin side).
Payment requested Open the bank transfer section, attach a clear proof file (e.g. bank slip), and submit. Operations confirm the payment; the page then shows payment confirmed and shipping/document steps continue.
No button visible Refresh the deal page later; check Notifications and email. Another party (seller, forwarder, or admin) may be processing the case.

Example on the deal page: "Payment requested"

When the seller side has confirmed stock and payment is requested, your deal page shows an updated badge and text in Next Action / Your decision. Use the payment button shown on your deal page to proceed.

Step 1: Request a quote

Open the vehicle you want from search or a shared link. On the vehicle page, set destination country and port (and any options shown). These choices affect freight-related estimates.

Submit the quote request using the main action on the form. After submission, you should be redirected or see a confirmation; open Deals and confirm a new line appears. That row is your deal—you will return to it many times.

  1. Choose country and port (required combinations only).
  2. Review any optional services if shown.
  3. Submit the quote request.
  4. Open Deals and open the new deal to watch status updates.

Step 2: Review proforma and Reserve

Open your deal from Deals. The page shows the current status, a progress area, and line items. Check vehicle price, shipping-related charges shown, and any notes.

If you want to continue under those conditions, use Reserve. If you do not wish to continue, use the decline or contact options your screen offers—do not reserve if you are unsure.

After Reserve, the seller-side flow continues (for example stock confirmation and payment request). You do not need to repeat Reserve.

Step 3: Upload payment transfer proof

When the deal requests payment, open the bank transfer panel. Transfer the full invoice amount according to the instructions shown on your deal or invoice, then upload a readable image or PDF of the proof (bank slip / SWIFT / receipt as accepted by the form).

Submit once. If the page shows a waiting or processing state, wait for confirmation—do not upload duplicate files unless the system asks you to resubmit.

Keep copies of all transfer proofs until the deal is fully complete. If the status does not move forward within a reasonable time, check notifications and use the official contact channel with your deal reference.
