Using the Site
Guest vs signed-in
You can open the stock list and vehicle pages without an account. To save favorites, open a deal, request a quote, or use Notifications and My Account, sign in with a buyer account.
Search & stock list
Open Search Cars from the header (URL /vehicle/list). Use the filter bar:
- Make — then Model (choose a make first so models load).
- Body Type — sedan, SUV, truck, etc.
- Budget Max — FOB USD bands.
- Tap SEARCH. Use Clear All to reset filters.
Below the bar, Browse by Body Type shortcuts jump to the same list with a type filter. Active filters appear as pills you can remove one by one.
Use the sort dropdown above the grid: default order, price low/high, newest year, lowest mileage.
List prices are approximate FOB USD. Ocean freight, insurance, and local costs are not final until you use GET A QUOTE on the vehicle page for your destination port.
If nothing matches, the empty state offers a REQUEST form so we can help find stock (e.g. auction sourcing).
Vehicle detail page
From a card, open the vehicle. You will see photos, specs, reference number, and status (e.g. available, reserved, sold).
GET A QUOTE — pick destination country/port and options, then submit. That creates or updates activity you follow under Deals (signed-in).
Question — public Q&A on the listing. Use it for vehicle condition and listing details. Do not post private contact information; the board is visible to others.
Favorites
When signed in, use the star on a list card or vehicle page to add or remove a favorite (toggle).
Open Favorites in the menu (/favorite) to see saved vehicles (newest first). Favorites are only shortcuts — they do not reserve a car or create a deal by themselves.
Removing a vehicle from favorites does not cancel an existing deal for that vehicle.
Following up (notifications & deals)
Notifications — check the bell and the Notifications page for platform messages. They complement email; if you expect an update, also look at the relevant deal page — it is the source of truth for status and buttons.
Deals — lists all your cases. Each row links to a deal URL (/deal/…) where the next action (Reserve, upload proof, etc.) appears when the workflow allows it.
If something seems stuck, see FAQ & Troubleshooting and contact support with your registered email and deal reference.
